According to Wikipedia, a historian is an “individual who studies and writes about history, and is regarded as an authorityon it.” And because Wikipedia defines it as such, it is the duty of the Martel Historian to document, understand, and become an authority on the events at Martel. This includes, but is not limited to: collecting photographs, recording themes of College Nights, Beer Bike, Associates’ Night, etc., election results, and collecting and maintaining a history of Parliament.
