The College Court is the judicial arm of the Martel Parliament. While only the Chief Justice is an official member of the Parliament, the College Court plays an important role in maintaining order at Martel. They are guided by rules laid out in the Constitution and By-Laws, and are the custodians of maintaining and enforcing the Martel Judicial Code.
The Justices
Seven Justices make up the College Court. The Chief Justice is an elected official. The rest are appointed by the Chief Justice with the approval of the Executive Council.
